"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."
-Anais Nin

I am committed to providing inclusive, culturally competent counseling services, with a focus on supporting underrepresented populations, specifically BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) and LGBTQ+ individuals. I believe in the dignity and worth of all individuals and prioritize creating a safe, affirming space where clients can feel heard and respected. My practice adheres to the ethical guidelines outlined in the American Counseling Association (ACA) Code of Ethics (2014), the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR Chapter 833), and the Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS 675.715–675.835). This includes ongoing cultural competency training and a non-discriminatory approach to therapy, ensuring all clients receive compassionate, professional support tailored to their unique identities and needs.
