Individual Counseling
Together we will explore what arises. You can expect to be held with non-judgment, care, respect and compassion.
In addition, you will learn new skills and ways to cope, work through difficult emotions and take on more issues in your life.
I draw upon my theoretical background to provide an experience that is both interpersonal and transpersonal, valuing holism: the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual.
Individual Coaching
Working on specific goals, we will map out the steps needed to help you live your most fulfilling and authentic life. Using a more direct hands on approach, coaching is about honing in on a specific area of life and working with commitment, focus, collaboration and accountability. Using supportive deep inquiry, exercises, and techniques to help you implement change, we will address issues such as: getting out of stuck patterns, changing non beneficial behaviors and transforming limiting beliefs.
Relationship Counseling
Whether you are navigating polyamory for the first time, or going through a rough patch in your monogamous partnership; looking to consciously transition the relationship you are in, needing mediation with a family member, or wanting closure with a friend; relationships are hard work.
Having someone to hold space and see what is happening in your dynamic can help. Counseling is an effective way to learn new tools and skills, to get out of stuck patterns, work towards healthier communication, heal past hurts, and learn to connect more deeply.
Groups and Workshops
Both group therapy and workshops can provide another space for you to come together in community and learn from others who are going through similar stages of development, life struggles, or those who just share in the common interest of personal growth.
